A blower shapes a glowing gatherA glassblower at the furnace swings the pipe and shapes a glowing gather of glass.

From the furnace to the pipeGlass is gathered from the glowing furnace and the blower swings the long pipe to elongate the shape.

Color range

Fourteen standard colors we blow by hand; other colors, such as red, grey or turquoise, can be made on request. Swatches are rendered from photographs of our glass, so screen colors are indicative. The final color is confirmed on the approved sample before production.

Hand-blown shades, answered

Will every piece look identical?

No. Hand-blown glass has small natural variation. We agree the acceptable range with you on the approved sample. If you need pieces to match closely, consider semi hand-blown.

Do I need a mold?

No. Fully hand-blown shades are made without a mold, so you go from drawing to sample in 7 to 10 days.

Can you drill holes for my fitting?

Yes. Every shade is custom made, so holes and openings are drilled to your drawing.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 20 pieces per design, for fully hand-blown and semi hand-blown shades alike. It applies to each design separately.
