What it looks like
A clear glass bell covered in many long threads of white glass with a few amber stripes. The threads hang down and flare into an irregular frill.
Lit, the threads catch the light one by one and the whole shade sparkles softly. The fine pattern looks different from every side.
Process for this shape
The threads are drawn and laid on by hand while the glass is hot, then the bottom edge is opened into a frill. No two pieces are alike. We agree the acceptable range on the approved sample.
