Terms you can plan around
Five checks before anything ships
We check the first piece, the bench work, the annealed glass and every finished piece, then send you photos or video before packing. See the five checks.
Your forwarder, or one we introduce
We recommend you book your own freight forwarder. If you do not have one, we can introduce one. Shades are packed in foam inside cartons.
If something is wrong
We usually make a few extra pieces to cover breakage in transit. If more arrive broken than the extra pieces cover, we replace them free of charge. Replacement shipping is paid by the customer. Report damage with photos within 14 days of delivery.
Can I order without a mold?
Yes. Fully hand-blown shades are made without a mold.
Can I reorder with the same mold?
Yes. With an existing mold, production takes 15 to 20 days. Exact dates depend on quantity.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 20 pieces per design, for fully hand-blown and semi hand-blown shades alike. It applies to each design separately.
